kstorm - It wasn't an impression a much as it was trying to answer a question of why would an technology Company want with a oil company. I tried to look at it from sattlelight but that was blurry. That extra property next to Evans, would be a great place to BUILD SOMETHING.....


The Town Itself
I found out that the town itself has a large Nuke Power plant going in there, according to word on the Street. If it's not, a Nuke Plant, then something is going on because They are adding alot of New traffic lights and widening and fixing up roads there. Getting ready for a lot of Trafic. That road that Evans is on, is that Main Road Into Bay City, as you can tell by the Bay City Sign.
In the direction of the Bay City Sign is going into Bay City, a few minutes past that sign. Opposit of the sign is Huston Texas 2.5 Hours going through small towns and alot of new traffic lights, and road contruction. Even comming out of Huston the main roads are being worked on. Back to the Bay City Direction. Past Evans an into Bay City approx 20 minutes you are at the water. They are building Upper end homes there that has docks, and they are doing a Marina. Bay City is getting ready to Grow. Now How much of this plays into Evans is Only speculation at this point. Maybe NONE. Could be Just coensadence.
