Joseph Arcaro stays on top of his Custodianships and I don't understand how you are comparing LRDR to this play. Arcaro just reverse split the preferred shares to ensure he maintains a control block over past ownership of the ticker. IMO, he increased AS while working with the newco. The 8th District Judge stated he was impressed with the LRDR plan. Another thing is that Joe Arcaro gets his shells through OTC Pink Current.

Can you give me an example as to one David Lazar Reverse Merger which has run it's course through the filings, become OTC current and turned over to a newco?
