Does anyone know if there is actully any effort to resolve the control dispute..last I heard is that lady at OTC was waiting for her friend to send his actual control dispute claim letter.....if it did not ever get received she could no longer wait and remove

if there is no evidence of an official control dispute, OTC has no right to assume that such a claim exists....lawyer could easily get CE removed if OTC casn not offer proof that such a claim exists
