So far Alper has proven he's personally incapable of raising serious cash for any of his projects. However, Cann10 Israel clearly states that it has the expertise to help others secure funding (though I haven't seen evidence of that --not that they haven't).

IMO the Israeli co-owners aren't likely to solicit $20 million and funnel it into AMS until they've formally merged with BLDV. After all why would they if all they own is 13% of this ticker? If and when Cann10 actually owns/controls this ticker then they might get behind a serious fundraising effort for AMS provided that doing so will --as previously promised-- result in AMS becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV. The day that happens then BLDV will finally enter the MJ growing business and start making money. That is provided AMS ever secures a license. When they first announced their plans 4 years ago Canada had 13 licensed producers. They now have 101.
