Calif, SB54 Sanctuary state opponents lecture, demand action from Thousand Oaks City Council

Dozens of people showed up at a 4-24-18 Thousand Oaks City Council meeting to oppose the SB54 Sanctuary State law, complain about the Council’s apparent lack of resistance to it and demand action. A much smaller number of Sanctuary State advocates lectured opponents on why they thought it was good and why opponents were wrong. During it all, Council members barely uttered a word except for Mayor Fox to admonish some opponents for laughing at some pro-SB54 arguments cited.
