New homes and BMCH - Nationally there is a shortage of used homes so the only way to make that up is for the builders to build more new ones. As the home builders are doing very well, I also picked up some BMCH this morning. This one is a lumber and material supplier to the builders. Seems like they should also do well, yet they are at a 52 week low. Also with lumber prices high now, that should help fatten their margins.
