Just how pathetic is Mannkind in getting the word out about Afrezza?

Surgery was a success, Thanks everyone for the best wishes! All the folks in the hospital were blow away by #Afrezza but not one of them had even heard of it. I get the word out everywhere I go, but its disappointing when Dr’s, nurses and health care people don’t know about it.

Btw, I still ask pharmacists about Afrezza and everywhere I go, NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT with exception of me asking and asking.
