Doesn't get much funnier than this:

The Company subsequently discovered that a “Certificate of Compliance” posted on the Company’s website from the Nevada Department of Agriculture dated September 28, 2017 is not authentic. ... The Company’s investigation did not uncover the source of the inauthentic Certificate of Compliance, but the Board of Directors will continue investigating this matter.

Liars lie....and that is about all they do do.
