Mariner, Maybe I misssed something reading the many pages of the process posted here and did not see anything that hinted that the common holders would be eliminated.... did you? That would be a horrible end to this for some and certainly a bad decision of the court for some who have held out....

That said I personally think it’ll stay in tact .... and move up into pennies too to start....jmo
