Will CHIT be revoked by SEC? I wonder if the SEC contacted them about revocation, yet? Maybe the CEO will agree to be revoked?

I see, from the SEC filings, they are trying to transfer shares and assets and give almost 8 billion trinity ltd. shares to CHIT common/preferred shareholders.

I also see current common shareholders will only be compensated with 80% of their current holdings.

It is not clear that the SEC would approve a corporate action while CHIT is under investigation, like they are now.
