At 1 penny levels....... but whoever sells here will have slim chance to none to buy it back lower and when this goes to 10 cents in 2 months their stomach will churn like a tornado . If it hit .056 with anticipation. Where will it go with contract anouncement for framework alone!! Just the framework alone means the end of the moratorium. So much activity will happen then. And soon after a contract for sc72 will be huge.
