I tbink after the name change debacle last year, it became fairly obvious UBQU isn't run as well as it should be. It's not like Ballas has any experience running a company like this so it's not terribly surprising that there have been missteps along the way. The question is if Ballas is legit, what is he doing to correct past issues?
