I am wondering why this stock is still in the 30's. Theres oil in the blocks. Every description of Sao Tome includes the future of finicial gain from oil (Nationmaster, CIA factbook). Yeah ERHC is being investigated but odds are the worst thing that will happen is a fine even if they find a legitament excuse for one. The rights are ours and we shall keep them. The Gulf of Guinea clearly must hold a lot of oil why else would the U.S. bother planning a base in Sao Tome same reason there are Ghurkas in Brunei To Protect Oil.
