FECOF!!! Had a huge run last week or so and is basing and anticipating a contract between to nations. Ph and china for joint development of a world class oil field in the reed bank. Fecof owns equity in this oilfield but isn't recognized as a penny stock. The other equity holders have risen to hundreds of millions while fecof is very undervalued. When the contract in the works (as reported in headline news almost daily) is signed in a few weeks this stock can explode up to 500%. Not a scam. Come o.
