Just remember QMKR shareholders will only own 10% of the merged company. My personal opinion is people will make money on QMKR possibly up until the merger is supposed to close. Hopefully we will have more information as uBid is out raising money and doing an aquisition as the press release states. The real question is what is uBid and the aquisition company worth, as the QMKR holders look like we will be diluted down by 90% between now and 05/31/2018.
