Not really, nothing really changes even when there is news. The PPS just keeps going down regardless of news=shareholder letters-8ks-speculations-articles. It just doesn't matter. The overall market thinks Jack is full if jacksh@T. It will take over a 1700% increase, just to get to a nickel again.
