yep. because he is still dumping on the ask. when the ask slapping turns into bid whacking, he will be gone. may even get his order caught and unable to cancel when that tide turns. that is part of the risk in doing it, but most of the time it works and they are able to cancel their bid in time to avoid it getting hit or at least not all of it. uhln buyer beware.
