I can tell you for a fact because I had 3 separate conversations with Michael Grimes from the SEC that he specifically asked me about websites where articles had been published with JF as the source of the article

AT NO TIME IN ANY OF THESE 3 CONVERSATIONS WAS I ASKED ABOUT ANY DIRECT OFFICER OF OWCP...THERE WAS NO QUESTION THIS WAS ABOUT JF AND THAT IS WHAT I POSTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FIRST CALL...THAT THERE SEEMED TO BE SOME INVESTIGATION GOING ON AROUND JF.
