The moving average of 1 sounded too good to be true so I ran the trades for this year to date. I used Profunds ULPIX for the long and URPIX for the short side in looking for that double of the huge gains the author claims. So far year is showing a loss of 10.16%. Now I am not going to go and test from 1970 to 2005 but the article sure looks like BS to me .
