Ed's actions could turn out to be positive for company. Assuming the company files a motion to dismiss, judge rules in MZEI favor, and assesses punitive damages---like dismiss the 1.6 million dollar debt that is owed to him/wife---It would be Ed's crowning achievement for the company.
