It's the market that just does not believe in good ole jack. Nothing you can say or present can argue with the PPS, it is what it is. If the market shoots this to 5.13 then that's what it is.

In spite of ALL the road, flagpoles, permits, contracts etc.. the market thinks that MMEX is worth just over one quarter of one penny. If you want to pay more go ahead, something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

For all everyone knows, mmex could be spending 300k to make millions on a share selling scam and that is what the market thinks.
