SequestOx post-approval would not necessarily have to go through the whole scenario you paint. If SequestOx is approved--which seems likely, based on the excellent results of the pilot study, and which would validate the tech for Elite’s whole line of ANDAs--there could be a buyout within a fairly short time after approval, because potential acquirers would see how the whole pipeline would $benefit them.
