FIRST POST . . I have been following and invested in MZEI over the past ~1.5year. Made money once and reentered last week at .02.

I believe in the general concept but have no specific knowledge if it really works.

Apologize if this has already been posted, I read some past posts but far from all.

Before reinvesting I researched CEO Todd and found that he is subject to legal action as linked here (3aug2017):

Mr. Dodd was hired as MZEI CEO in sep2017, ~1month after the legal action was reported.

Next news, CEO Dodd and his co-defendent countersued as noted here( 22dec2017):

The legal action was a concern but after reading decided to mark it a yellow flag only and reinvested.

I have been through this before where a CEO was brought in to dismantle a company but it is unclear if that is the situation here.

Does anyone know if CEO Dodd has addressed the lawsuit in any way as might be meaningful to MZEI investors. I understand there are legal reasons not to speak but this does seem material.
