They found a direct correlation between cell phone use and accidents...ya think??? Root found that and immediately changed their metrics for estimating risk. I have a feeling that all the other big insurance companies know this but are trying to figure out how to force this upon their customers without getting backlash. Root has far less customers so it was easier for them to do this.
