1000 shares at .00015 = 15 cents

Who can place such a trade to manipulate the stock price like that?? 15 cents in proceeds from that sale won't even cover the commission, so who makes these trades? I understand you need a special account to be able to trade in 5 or 6 decimal places. So what I get out of this is that this stock is being repeatedly scammed by somebody to screw with the PPS with trades under a dollar total proceeds. L2 has been loaded with this crap. Trades for 1767 shares at .0001 or 180 shares or 100 shares. Ridiculous. Games are being played here.
