Dates 1 and 2 almost here:

Date #1 - The company expects contracts to be executed within the next 5 business days and a closing of the deal to take place on or before October 16, 2006.

Date #2 - The company, as previously announced, is currently executing a buyback of its common shares on the open market, the company expects this to be completed by the end of the month

Date #3 - More details will be forthcoming when the company issues its exact earnings and audited financial statements on or before the end of December.
