What I got from the article is there is still some confusion about who actually owns the shell. It is believed to be getting clarified, but because it is on-going, Jason won't/can't comment on "his" company until it is officially (legally) his.

What I got from the article is: We retained the top notch law firm to deal with this situation, and it will get resolved. Problem is, how much is it going to cost the company to do so. I feel like WTP wouldn't take on a case like this if they didn't think DATA443 could A) win and get the company legally for DATA443 and B) DATA443 didn't have the revenue stream to pay them.

Overall, it isn't great news, but it does explain some of the silence from the company (Jason).
