Yes, MMEX proponents "are confident that it will happen," however they consistently fail to provide a single shred of substantive, supporting evidence to support their claim.

Facts about MMEX:

- MMEX is insolvent, a super-dilutive OTC shell company
- MMEX, a shell, has no business operations, no employees
- MMEX has no assets
- MMEX has no luminary management or technical team
- MMEX has no track record of success in the sector (or anywhere else)
- MMEX owns no intellectual property, or proprietary technology
- MMEX has no suppliers, and no customers
- MMEX has nearly $40-million in cumulative losses and shareholder liabilities
- MMEX has more than $2.1-million in current liability, all debt from floor-less convertibles
- MMEX has no viable business plan
- MMEX has no project financing, and is not financeable due to structural defects

All of that is established fact - one can freely evaluate these facts, contained in MMEX's SEC filings.

Who would finance an insolvent shell corporation, for any purpose?

Beyond the facts about MMEX, documented in its SEC filings, there is abundant evidence that MMEX is nothing more than a share-selling scheme.

There are several relatively inexpensive props surrounding MMEX, used to support the scheme, and deceive unsophisticated retail investors, ranging from a flagpole on a piece of Pecos County property, and a caliche road, to various documents, including self-referential PR, with no supporting, corroborating statements from independent sources. All of these props were purchased with other people's money - in the form of diluting retail investors through the sale of toxic notes.

What confidence does this inspire?

Others are confident that it will happen. So it is basically the same. Mmex
