He is looking at the past events and what has happened each time "news" "8k" or the wonderful "shareholder letters". After the so called 32 milestones that are touted here the PPS continues to tank and financing is always said to be "next week" or so.

The facts are clear, multiple multiple TOXIC LOANS have been taken out because no-one else believed enough to loan Jack the money. He has since rented an unused office for over a year, put up a flagpole and graded a dirt road. All to keep selling shares.

Since this has started the PPS has fallen from .05 to .0029. Barely a quarter of a penny. It would take over a 1566 % increase just to get to 5 cents. Shouldn't a potential oil refinery be trading at more then a quarter of a penny by now? Stories of insiders saying very very very very ver soon for over a year now, stories of gifted ford trucks etc..and never one shred of DD ever produced and it gets eaten up by most on here.
