Do any of you even know how long it takes to uplist? Minimum 60 days. First they have to submit. Then they have to wait for SEC comments and address those. Then the SEC may send back more comments and they have to address those. The SEC may even tell them to withdraw the first draft sent in to address comments especially if they send the application in without including audited financials. I'm going through this right now with another stock. TVOG. This isn't "woohoo gonna blast off today" because most investors know the process takes a while.
What does that actually mean? They completed the application and are ready to send it to the SEC or they have sent it to the SEC? Pretty vague.
What you're going to see today? More massive dilution. Good luck.
