Capstone is now going to invest in R&D, marketing, and management personnel to grow the company. These investments were not made prior to this year until the debt was satisfied and sufficient cash flows were achieved.



To sum that up, shareholders are being asked to wait another couple of years. That's my interpretation of that quote. Stock price and volume will continue the present disgusting trend.

Time to sell off Stewart.
