CEO posted 3 key things in yesterdays fins IMO Dennis>>>

1. Confirmed that MCGI's O/S is only 840M shares as of April 20th, 2018.

2. Confirmed that he's looking to catch up all of MCGI's fins and regain current info status on OTC Markets by mid-May.

3. Confirmed that he may be seeking to sell MCGI's subsidiary and remove a ton of the debt off of MCGI's books.

So if number 3 does in fact occur that will make MCGI ripe for a brand new merger candidate sometime over the next 30 days...we shall see what new clues the CEO brings forth between now and May 15th cheers!
