Moreover, if MZEI wins, they can go after Ed for damages that will lessen the amount they owe him.

From reading the materials Eli sent, this method seems to be viewed by the legal system as a "last ditch effort" by the creditors. Heck the company seems to have missed only two payments to Marshall

IMO, I think a judge would look negatively on this filing.

One can only hope the company will put up a fight....
