It should take 20-30 days. It could be sooner, or later. OTC can announce the reinstatement anytime, day or night. It all depends on how Lazar set it up. He may have had the paperwork completed prior to custodianship being granted or he may have waited. IMO the paperwork is ready and possibly with OTC now waiting for approval. I am waiting for another RM where the paperwork has been in for several days now we wait on pins and needles for the reinstatement announcement from the OTC --

I realize this helps little but this is the way it is. When reinstatement is announced, ppl will be chasing. Make sure you have a nice position prior. At these levels it's not too tough to buy and wait. Good luck in all of your trades.
