I knew what you were attempting was to actually help others by warning them of something you thought they needed to be warned about. If this board had been the citizenship of New England when Paul Revere made his famous ride, he would have been murdered in the streets and his body robbed of all valuables... and we would still be under British rule! (LOL) You can't be faulted for actually caring. Thats a plus in my book. GLTY.

As regards DD, I'm doing some right now and will post later this week (hopefully). I still haven't been able to find out whether the financing agreement Royalle put forward was ever taken advantage of. It remains self evident that, if BIGN did use the financing, some of their existing production would have been encumbered (thanx again Billiam for making that point so well). I think my deduction that Royalle must be the producer if the financing was used was flawed reasoning. In point of fact, BIGN could have used the financing and had some of their existing production encumbered without it being necessary for Royalle to be the producer. As a matter of fact, it looks like Lewis (Skip) Taylor's company or companies are the operators. The encumberment of existing BIGN production would happen whether Royalle is the operator or not, so the danger posed to land bank plans wouild be real if Royalle's financing was used whether Royalle is operator or not. That was a flaw in my reasoning but it doesn't change the nature of the danger posed by the encumberments.

As I said, I'm planning to post DD on what I'm digging up later, as it comes together.

All that having been said, it was sad for you to be so badly attacked. It is what is wrong with this board. It doesn't have to be the way the board operates in the future and that is what I'm trying to push forward by these weekend posts.
