I guess implied context means something to me.

Based on the quote related to the WDDD case provided

Yet Oil States could dissolve AIA (American Invents Act) and disqualify and moot all PTAB invalidation's in mass. Of course SCOTUS picked that case up because they had nothing else to do (LOL Alpha Dave)

Thus the quote's author implied that there were 2 options.

1. Scotus took the case to address the constitutionality and therefore would or;

2. They had nothing better to do with their time

Since most on the WDDD board understand SCOTUS tends to be quite busy, it is implied in the quote that they took the case to reverse it. Unless of course one believes Scotus is kinda bored looking for cases.
