My thoughts too, Cat. Everything I’m reading says that the share price of the “acquiring” company falls and the company being acquired, raises. UATG’s share price has definitely fell and ( I believe) that it’s being artificially held down. That could possibly make Umbra the one taking control of the other company. Which would also leave him in control of everything.
