Interesting. This is literally the first time I've heard of this bill. Just did a google search on the cbd market. I didn't realize the industry is literally at its infancy in the U.S.. That would explain the choice in Maine. The cheapest Real Esate in New England is in Maine. I would throw out the projected two billion dollar figures by 2020 for cbd in the U.S., though, as MJ sales passed $9 billion last year. That's double what sales were expected to be, and I would expect hemp/cbd to follow the same path (exponential growth). I'm not sure if this company is considering gettig into textiles or some other industrial product with the plant matter, but it would be worth looking into.
