ALL RIGHT GUYS EVERYBODY READ THIS POST PLEASE!

I just spent the last 1.5 hours on the phone with Craig Fischer who called me this afternoon.
He is the one that is going to be in charge of the NEW IR team that is now going to be handling UBQU. If you feel you need his # I will give it to you. I personally just want him to start working without consistent pestering.
Obviously we had a long talk and I think it will bear fruit. I let him know what our major concerns are and what needs to be done in order to make this stock "all it can be". And yes, I mentioned taking off the "software" and change it to holding but he said Finra does not look kindly at "changes". I voiced concern over the Convertible debt too.

I told him that Ballas used to be vocal and keep us "in the loop" and that lately it has been more "in the dark" and that we just want to be informed and that putting out a PR once in a while is good unlike some co's like P**N and U**J that do 1 or 2 a week. We both agreed that we possibly gave him so much flak that he decided tho shut us out but that that has to change.

What he asked me is to just give him some time to set up a team and start correcting the current problems before I go to the SEC and FINRA and complicate things.
I got a good feeling after our discussions but I will also leave it up to my fellow Ihuber's to vote on it if necessary or at least put their 2 cents in.
