David and Harrington are each worth hundreds of millions of dollars each. If something happened to their houses, they would take a few days, assess the damage, hire a contractor to repair it, and get back to work. The notion that they quit their jobs, dropped everything, and ran back to Florida is preposterous, and it's difficult for me to believe that any person capable of thought would fall for it!
