You are right. Where are the audits? I don't see them anywhere either. Lets stick to the FACTS. NO filings with the SEC or the OTC in more than 6 months. NO communication. Past due date on filings. These are the FACTS.

So what's not a FACT but only SPECULATION?

All the DD done on the "company" that is assumed to be related to the company using reasonable guesses and conjectures. But, at the end of the day it is SPECULATION.

Another FACT: most people trading penny stocks lack patience for something like this.

Maybe the financials will come soon, maybe you'll have to wait a long time, maybe they wont ever come! - again, all SPECULATION.
