I honestly do not know what you are talking about, "They lost the Apple law suit AND they hardly have recurring revenues". Not true, the Apple law suit has not even begun. The lawsuit filed in the Eastern district court of New York was on hold until the final determination at the USITC. Now that the ITC has stated that the Commission reverses the ID's finding on standing and finds that Andrea has standing to assert the '345 patent, the law suit will commence. That is what is cooking!
