the way the stock has acted the last 2 days it has all the tell tales of an offering going on right now. My guess is 6 million shares at 45 cents with warrants. Rais will last 2 to 3 moths if lucky since we are bleeding 1 million a month as bst as I can tell.

Hope I am wrong but has all the signs including selling into the offering which is illegal but very hard to prove.
