Passing is looking very, very favorable now

The only real question left is whether it will be signed into law on its own or attached to the Farm Bill

If political impact is the driving force, passing it as a standalone bill and signing it into law on its own should be the preference of the Republican Party

This way it would not share the spotlight with anything else

I now think May will be the month that THE HEMP FARMING ACT OF 2018 is passed
