I agree - upon further reading of the 10-Q, it appears they took at most $2M in cash charges in Q1 for severance payments, and still have close to $80M in cash charges remaining, with 65%-75% of that expected to be paid in the last 3 quarters of 2018. Going to take quite a bit of time to totally extricate themselves for APIO, although they will no longer be consolidated in their financials.
