On the contrary. There are so many ways that *NOTHING* positive is happening right now. It has been 5 months since Tony promised the severely delinquent, SEC legally mandated financials to be released "in a few weeks". If he can't deliver on that very clear, concise commitment, then what makes you think there is something positive brewing? It required very little effort because they absolutely know the numbers (and likely how bad they are), and he said the audits were complete. Clearly, they are hiding something. What reason would they have for promising them and then going silent. I know many have called and emailed about the SEC filings as well. The company is stonewalling. They are not legally compliant. They are not doing ANYTHING.

But if you feel something *POSITIVE* is happening now simply due to ongoing silence, can you point to any company official information that is driving your belief?
