Jadite, Smile is right, this is a pretty swanky place for a Shareholder meeting. Not something a company worried about driving earnings would advocate.

On the other hand, if a deal is in place which would lead to Change in Control (buyout or merger), I could see this as a reward to the attending employees who might be affected.
