There is so much confusion about BIGN!!!

No wonder new investors are turned off when they read this board and when they try to research this stock and company.

Imperial, Billiam and futrcash, to mention only a few, have all done their own unique, labor intensive and impressive BIGN research. WHAT'S MORE, THEY HAVE SHARED IT WITH THIS BOARD OUT OF THEIR GENEROUS SPIRITS. I, for one, am greatful to them. It is easy to keep secrets and to look for unfair advantage.

Nevertheless, I hold the BIGN company reponsible for confusion and for the misunderstandings that we, THE OWNERS, have had about our own investment. There needs to be more transparency. There needs to be more communication. We, the owners, need to make investment decisions with truth, not misunderstandings.

BIGN Management MUST be brought to understand that if they want the support and confidence of the shareholders- THE OWNERS- management must manage the communication and substance of the information given to shareholders. Management must do this in a fair, forthright and truthful manner. This has NOT been done.

Therefore, I propose that we each do what we can to clear up the situation and tell management what we shareholders think about this situation. BIGN recently announced "VIRTUAL ACCESS" to "disseminate information fairly to all shareholders" AND that the investor relations "department will now respond to inquiries submitted by email and will be addressed on a regular basis by an Investor Relations Official."

For example, many important posters think these Royale Energy or Royal Pet. companies are financing the Grimes projects:

http://www.royalpetroleum.com/

http://www.royl.com/

They did not and we have the wrong candidates. I can tell you for a fact, they are not involved. So let's get the company to tell us about who is the mover and shaker behind the scenes.

Or let's take the "virtual access" feature and see if Kelley or DeRosa are walking us down some path to dilution as poster "tyler" implied recently. These issues need to be cleared up by management...and now. Bashers can be very effective if we are mostly in the dark.

I have contacted the company and asked, among other things, if the "contact us feature" on the BIGN website is the means of "virtual access" touted in the September PR. I did get a generic reply in about 3 business days about the second part of my inquiry: Grimes. So it must be, although that "means of access" question was not even addressed in the repy. Bush league.

Let's put the pressure on them with specific and crucial questions, not soft ball pitches like "When will the LOI be complete"? They cannot privately give out that kind if information. Let's find out who Royal Pet. is as mentioned in the 2005 PR. If they do not respond, I will tell you who "Royal Pet." is. And you will be surprised. Others can answer other key questions shareholders have if the company does not!

I'm packing for a business trip that starts this afternoon, but "I'LL BE BACK!"
