I dont see CEO giving up control either. I think he will do what he did with the first m&A deal he did when they went public. He will take over the new company. Thats why I dont see it being a big company like Lockheed or Boeing. It will most likely be a lesser known technology company trading on QX or NYSE. Its a smart move and gets them uplisted quickly and clean
