Smile, you make an interesting observation. The last three shareholder have been held at ANIP's Delaware office.

It is possible that an announcement will be coming leading up to the meeting that would generate the need for a larger venue.

Why have they moved their meeting to Laguna Beach, California? This goes against the lean operational principles Przybyl and company have applied in running the company.

Earnings report is projected for May 3rd. The shareholder meeting is scheduled for May 17th.

Could be a very interesting 3-4 weeks.
